Shipping & Deliveries

We are happy to offer a selection of shipping options through our partners FedEx, UPS and USPS. All shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight, the selected shipping option and delivery destination. Orders ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.

• Estimated delivery dates are based on the processing time and shipment option selected. Please note that estimated dates are not guaranteed.
• ACCO Brands is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. Orders placed during the holiday season may have longer shipping times.
• An estimated delivery date can be seen on the cart page and during the checkout process.
• Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times. However, we will try to accommodate the request as best as possible. Oversized or heavy items may take longer processing and shipping times.
• Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to availability, size, weight and compatibility of the items ordered. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be sent when it becomes available. Estimated in stock dates are shown on the product and cart pages.
• No additional charges if your items ship in separate boxes. 
• Some heavy or bulky items cannot be delivered via USPS or FedEx. These items are delivered via truck (LTL). Additional delivery charges may apply and will be reflected at checkout.
• For truck (LTL) shipments, you will be contacted 7 to 14 business days from the time your item is shipped to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature will be required for the delivery confirmation.
• A signature is not required for residential deliveries.

We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items.

Free or Discounted Shipping Offers

We sometimes offer free or discounted shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, for specific products or sitewide. Eligible customers must select the appropriate shipping method to receive the offer.

• Offers are only valid on Value shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping offers cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts unless indicated.
• Not valid on prior purchases.
• Offers are valid only on our website and not valid through third party retail stores or websites.

All offers are subject to change or expiration without notice.

State and Local Taxes

Sales and use tax apply to the state to which items are being delivered.

ACCO Brands does business in all 50 states and therefore, is required by law to collect and remit sales and/or use taxes for all merchandise orders and shipping charges, except where exclusions apply (DE, MT, NH and OR).

International Orders

Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside the U.S.
